Meeting with the Rector of the UPM to present the milestones and challenges of the IoTMADLab

On February 6, the Digital Office of the Madrid City Council and the Polytechnic University of Madrid held a meeting to present to the new Rector of the UPM, Óscar García Suárez, the progress achieved in the framework of the Agreement between the two institutions.
The meeting was attended by Fernando de Pablo, General Director of the Digital Office of the Madrid City Council, Asunción Santamaría, Director of IoTMADLab, Fernando Álvarez, Deputy Director of Digital Transformation of the Digital Office of the Madrid City Council and Manuel Sierra, Director of the ETSI Telecommunications at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
During the meeting, they also discussed future plans to continue promoting the digital transformation of the city of Madrid in collaboration with the UPM so that, in addition to improving services and quality of life, it reinforces the attraction of digital profiles and positions the city as a benchmark in the use of its technological infrastructures.
