Purpose

Management of personal data (name, email, phone, and entity) of participants in events as attendees, speakers, teachers, researchers, tutors, mentors, students, promoters, or any other role in institutional acts, contests, lectures, courses, informative activities, conferences, and any other similar type of event organized by the IoTMADLab laboratory.

Legitimation

Consent of the interested party. – Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.

Recipients

The interested party and the IoTMADLab Laboratory.

Rights

The rights of access, rectification, opposition, and processing limitation can be exercised through a written request to the person responsible for the processing.

Additional Information

Transfers to third parties are not envisaged.

Period of cancellation

The collated personal data will be kept for the necessary time to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that could arise from said purpose and the processing carried out.
